FORM’s doors opened in May 2022 in The Jasper. Our mission is to create an intimate space for our clients where they can come as they are and leave feeling better than before. With seven machines, we provide an exclusive experience on the EVO. Strategically designed around an elevated client experience, we’ll bring you a high-end 45-minute workout under the shimmering lights of our chandelier. Our story is simple and sweet.
