Studio Policies

Effective 1/1/2023

  • All classes require a 12-hour cancellation notice. Cancelling class within the 12 hours results in a $25 late charge. No shows will be charged $42. Canceling classes can be done through our app or on our website.

  • Class packages have the following expiration dates. Each package will have details about credits and expirations. There will be no exceptions on extensions.

    1 Class - 365 Days

    5 Class Pack - 3 months

    10 Class Pack - 3 months

    20 Class Pack - 6 months

  • Grip socks are required for classes. There are no exceptions. This is for performance and hygiene. If you do not have any grip socks, there are some for purchase at the studio.

  • The waitlists do move! Feel free to jump on a waitlist and expect to get into class!

Registering for a waitlist is treated the same as registering for a class. If you are moved from the waitlist into the class, we expect you will be arriving. If you know ahead of time that you will not be able to make the class, remove yourself to avoid a late charge.

  • All clients are expected to arrive before class 5-10 minutes ahead of time. This gives you time to get your mind right and get settled. Teachers are ready and on time for you, so you're expected to be ready on time for them. If you are more than 3 minutes late to class, you will be unable to take class. Classes begin with a core warm up to get the muscles warm and if you miss that you are more likely to be injured if you jump in late.

  • Clients are expected to stay for the entirety of class.

If there is a special circumstance and you must leave early, inform your instructor prior to class and grab a machine at the end to not disrupt the class.

  • All personal items must be placed in lockers at the start of class. Under no circumstances are cell phones allowed while on the machine. Clients will be asked to step out if they need to be on their phone.

  • Please let your instructor know before the start of class if you are prenatal or postnatal or injured in any way. We will be sure to adapt the class and moves to what you can do, giving you lots of ways to modify

Lagree is very adaptive and supportive for pregnant clients. This workout just like any other should be approached with care. There are many modifications for every move and we will help you through them, we just ask to come as you are and we will meet you where you are. After 12 weeks, exercises will need to be modified. Be sure to consult with your doctor prior to taking a class with us at FORM.
