You’ll see some of your favorite instructors from our Downtown team teaching classes in Mount Pleasant. We’re also bringing on an incredible new team of certified Lagree coaches—personally led and mentored by our Lead Trainer, Katie Penta.

Yes! All existing memberships and class packs can be used at both our Downtown and Mount Pleasant studios.

Yes—parking is available in the Boulevard Apartments parking garage, making it convenient to get to class.

Yes! We offer a dedicated Intro Class for beginners. However, first-timers are welcome in any class—our instructors provide support and modifications so you’ll feel confident and safe from your very first session.

Absolutely! We love welcoming new faces. If your friend is brand new, they can take advantage of our first-timer offer.
