Our simple guidelines are here to make your first class smooth and empowering. From arriving early to getting set up, they ensure every session runs safely and confidently—so you can focus on moving with strength.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS:

We are so happy you’re here and choosing to join us at FORM. We can’t wait to welcome you into our studio — no judgment, no intimidation, just good energy, support, and strong movement.
FORM requires first-time clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class. This gives you time to get set up on your machine, take a quick tour of the studio, and meet your instructor..

Parking Information

Mount Pleasant
Ample parking is available in the Boulevard parking garage — look for the Retail & Restaurant 2-Hour Free Parking section. There are typically plenty of spots available, especially on the first floor for easy access to the studio. Limited street parking is also available directly in front of the studio on Coleman Boulevard.

Downtown Charleston
Complimentary parking is available in The Jasper garage, as well as along Barre Street and around Colonial Lake. The garage offers convenient access to the studio, and nearby street parking is often readily available.

Forming Basics is our signature intro class. In 45 minutes, you’ll get a great workout while also receiving a deeper explanation of the EVO machine, the method, and what your body should be feeling. While this class is not required, we highly recommend it for beginners.

Sticky socks are required for class and can be purchased in the studio.
To ensure every new client receives proper instruction and a great first experience, there is a booking limit on first-time clients per class (maximum of 3). If you’re planning to attend with a larger group or party, please visit our Events page to inquire about booking a private class! We do not allow more than 3 per group class so if you purchase a class it will lock you out of the class if you attempt to book more than 3!

Clients must be at least 16 years old to attend class. Any client under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
If a first-time client does not arrive early, they will be unable to attend the class.
