Child Watch at FORM Charleston: how it works

September 30, 2026

Your 45 minutes. We have the kids.

Finding time to work out is hard enough. Finding childcare should not be the reason you miss class.

Child Watch at our Mount Pleasant studio gives your child a fun, engaging space just steps from the studio floor while you take 45 minutes for yourself. Get stronger. Reset. Leave feeling better, knowing your child is nearby and looked after.

Because taking care of yourself makes everything else feel a little easier.

When

Child Watch runs at our Mount Pleasant studio, 725 Coleman Blvd, Suite 116, during these classes:

Tuesday, 9:30 am

Thursday, 9:30 am

Sunday, 9:00 am and 10:00 am

Downtown does not offer Child Watch at the moment. If there is a class you would love to see added, tell us. We build the schedule around what our clients ask for.

Who it is for

Children ages 1 to 12. We keep Child Watch intentionally small, with a maximum of five children per session, so every child gets real attention. Our caregivers are CPR certified and have toys, books and games on hand for a range of ages.

What it costs

$15 per child, per class.

VIP members: your first child is complimentary. A second child is $15.

How it works

  1. Book your class. Choose one of the Child Watch classes above at Mount Pleasant, in the FORM app or online.
  2. Reserve Child Watch. This is a separate reservation from your class, so book both. Reserve one spot for each child joining you. With five spots per session, reserving ahead is the only way to be sure of a place.
  3. Bring the kids. Arrive a few minutes early so your child can get settled before class begins.
  4. Take your 45 minutes. Your child plays nearby while you get your FORM workout in.
  5. Leave stronger. You got your workout. They had fun. Nobody had to arrange a sitter.

Good to know

Our caregivers do not change diapers. Please make sure little ones are freshly changed before drop off.

Bring whatever your child needs for an hour: a snack, a water bottle, a comfort toy. Label anything you want back.

You are never far away. Child Watch is inside the Mount Pleasant studio, so you are steps from your child the whole time.

Coming back after a baby

A lot of the women in our Child Watch classes are postpartum, some a few months out, some a few years. Lagree is a good fit for that season. It is low impact, there is no jumping and no pounding, and every movement is slow and controlled. Class is built around your center, which is exactly where most new moms want to rebuild.

Wait until your doctor or midwife has cleared you for exercise, then come in. Tell your instructor you are postpartum before class starts. They will give you options for every movement, lighter springs, a smaller range, a different position, and they will watch your form the whole way through. If you are working on your core or pelvic floor with a physical therapist, bring their guidance with you and we will work within it.

Your body has done something enormous. Class meets it where it is today. Shaking is progress, not a test you are failing. The pace is yours.

New to FORM?

Start with the new client intro: three classes for $75, at either studio. Book any of the Mount Pleasant Child Watch classes and reserve a Child Watch spot alongside it.

Lagree is low impact and high intensity. You will shake. That is the method working, not a sign you are doing it wrong. Every class meets your body where it is, and your instructor will give you options for every movement.

Why we do this

Many of the women who train with us are moms, and many found us after having a baby. We built Child Watch because a workout you cannot get to is not a workout. Strength should fit into your life, not compete with it.

You take class. We will keep them entertained.
