ABOUT US

WHY FORM?

FORM is built on the Lagree Method — and elevated by how we teach it

Lagree is one of the most effective workouts available because it combines slow, controlled movement with constant resistance and time under tension. This approach creates deep muscle activation, builds strength and endurance, and delivers visible results in less time — all while remaining low-impact and joint-friendly. But the method is only as powerful as the way it's taught.

At FORM, you will always feel challenged — and supported. We are a female-owned, Lagree Fitness–certified studio, and every instructor continues to develop their practice because the method is always evolving. Our small classes allow instructors to focus on your form, movement quality, and progress, so you get the most out of every class.

We also have a dedicated Lead Instructor who works closely with our entire team to ensure each class is intentional, progressive, and aligned with the highest standards of the Lagree Method — creating a consistent, high-quality experience at both our Downtown Charleston and Mount Pleasant locations.

To support that, we teach our clients to follow The FORMula — our results-driven approach built around three 45-minute Lagree sessions per week, supported by recovery, hydration, nutrition, and sleep habits. It’s designed to help you get stronger, feel better, and see real change in less time.

Why Lagree Works — And Why It Works Best at FORM

  • Time under tension keeps muscles engaged longer for faster strength and tone
  • Low-impact, high-intensity design delivers results without joint strain
  • Full-body training every class, targeting core, obliques, legs, glutes, arms, and back
  • Constant resistance eliminates momentum and maximizes muscle activation
  • Scalable for all levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes
  • Intentional coaching and small classes ensure proper form and safer, more effective movement

We’re here for results — but not at the expense of your body. Through intentional coaching and our proven approach, we want you to feel successful not just in the studio, but in everyday life.

Downtown

320 Broad Street, Suite 150 — Charleston, SC

Located in the heart of Downtown Charleston, right on the water, FORM Downtown opened its doors in May 2022 inside The Jasper.

This studio was created to be an intimate, welcoming space where you can come exactly as you are — and leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and better than before. With 9 Megaformer machines, our small studio allows instructors to focus on your form and experience, delivering thoughtful coaching every class.

Each 45-minute class is set in an elevated environment — from the calm, focused energy of the room to the glow of our signature chandelier overhead. It's strength training, refined.

We love Lagree. And we love moving together. FORM Downtown has become a deeply special place for our team and our community, and we can't wait to welcome you.

Mt. Pleasant

725 Coleman Boulevard, Suite 116 — Mount Pleasant, SC 29464

FORM Mount Pleasant opened its doors in December 2025, and we couldn't be more excited to grow with the community that made it all possible. What started in Downtown Charleston has expanded into two studios — giving members the flexibility to feel their best in both locations.

Our Mount Pleasant studio features 10 Megaformers, an elevated environment, and a private 1:1 room for personal training.

We're also proud to offer Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage massages within the studio — the perfect complement to Lagree. This gentle yet powerful technique supports detoxification, reduces inflammation, improves circulation, and eases post-workout soreness — leaving you feeling lighter and more supported in your recovery.

Members receive exclusive discounts on all lymphatic drainage services — because at FORM, recovery is just as important as the work you put in.

experiences Worth Sharing
I love Form and would recommend this workout to anyone, but especially to moms!  After having 2 c-sections, it has helped me to build up my core strength unlike any other workout I have ever done.  It’s also a quick 45 minutes that you can work into your day and it’s always a challenge.  You always get out of it what you put into it.  I hope to continue doing Lagree for many years to come and hopefully, my older self will thank me for!

I’m very picky about Lagree studios, and FORM Charleston has truly been such a gift. I’ve been coming consistently for about six months, and I feel so much stronger in my body. Every instructor is absolutely wonderful!! Especially Casey, she is the BEST!! so knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely kind. They create a space that feels welcoming and supportive while still delivering an incredibly effective workout. Each class feels thoughtful and well coached, and the overall energy of the studio is warm and uplifting. I’m so grateful I found FORM Charleston and can’t recommend it enough!

Form has transformed both my life and my body! It’s given me a strong sense of community and serves as an outlet on both good and bad days. I’ve worked out somewhat consistently for a few years but never felt like I was making much progress. Since starting Form and committing to a couple of classes each week—combined with other forms of movement (walking, weightlifting)—I’ve seen amazing results. I feel stronger and more toned than ever before and am really grateful to be apart of the Form community!
