Solo Private Sessions at FORM offer a one-on-one Lagree experience designed entirely around you. Whether you’re brand new to Lagree, returning from an injury, or looking to refine your form and focus on specific goals, private sessions provide individualized attention in a supportive environment.
Private sessions are available at both our Downtown Charleston and Mount Pleasant locations, with our Mount Pleasant studio offering a dedicated private training room for a more personalized, focused experience.
