I found Lagree in 2016 and instantly fell in love. As a lululemon legacy ambassador I love all things fitness in Charleston! I have been teaching Lagree since 2016 and recently completed level 2 training through Lagree fitness at Form. I am a Senior Master cycling instructor and have my 200hr yoga leadership certification through lululemon. I love Lagree because it’s makes me feel so strong and challenged every class. I have to focus so intensely while I’m on the machine, it’s almost therapeutic for me. I love teaching it because I love to get creative writing routines and combining exercises to maximize the efficiency of the workout. It’s very rewarding to get to know my clients and help them work towards their goals. It’s really awesome to be part of that.

I've always been an avid athlete, diving headfirst into every sport and fitness regimen that crossed my path. My dream was to play collegiate sports, but fate took an unexpected turn when I fractured my collarbone, leading to the insertion of a metal plate. This moment reshaped my fitness journey, leading me to discover the world of Lagree, thanks to my mom. This workout transformed not only my body but also my perspective on fitness. The intensity of Lagree workouts left me feeling the sweet sting of soreness, yet delivered unparalleled results in record time. In my class, I'll be your ultimate hype-girl, encourage you in every move, and help you push past your limits. Get ready & I'll see you in the studio!

  • Micky Kerwick

Name any class, movement modality, or fitness technique and you can be sure that Micky has tried it. With a background in gymnastics and competitive dance, Lagree was a natural fit for Micky because it combined the focus on flexibility and lengthening she craved as a dancer with the core stability and strength required from gymnastics. Better yet - with various injuries, Lagree was still a viable and enjoyable option! In class with Micky, you'll notice an extra focus on tempo as well as intricate body cues to reach the optimal form in each move. Add some awesome beats on top and enjoy your 45 minutes with this 8-year veteran of Lagree!

I love lagree because it has everything I would want in a workout; high intensity yet low impact, targets flexibility and balance, and my favorite part of it all, the physical and mental challenge. Lagree requires a lot of focus while you’re working out which is so awesome to me because you can truly use it as an escape from the craziness of life and just be present with your body while becoming mentally and physically stronger. Just like it’s important to exercise your body, it’s just as important to exercise your mind; Whether you’ve been on the megaformer 5 times or 500 times, Lagree always pushes you past what you thought you were capable of, and that’s also one of my favorite parts of teaching it! I love fostering a feeling of confidence and persistence for my clients while they’re on the Mega so they leave feeling stronger not only in their body, but their mind and soul as well. See you in class!

I have been in the fitness industry for 3 years. I am a personal trainer and I teach a variety of group fitness classes. My love for Lagree is only about a year old but it grows more and more after each class I teach and I take. It is truly the best core workout and it forces me to slow down physically and mentally.

I moved to Charleston in September 2022 and immediately found Form and fell in love with the challenge of the Lagree workout. As a former college athlete, I have always enjoyed exploring new workouts and have tried everything from pilates, to yoga, to weight lifting, cycling, HIIT, and everything in between. Until Lagree, I never found anything that challenges my core in such an intense way or a workout that keeps getting better and more challenging even as you get stronger. At the same time, I have never found a fitness studio or community as inviting and welcoming as Form. My hope is that I can guide you through a workout that challenges your mind and body every time you walk in the door and leaves you feeling better, stronger (and maybe a bit shakier) than when you walked in.

I discovered Lagree while using ClassPass in Boston, and immediately fell in love. I love the pace and dynamic nature of class so you never get bored, and there is no time to think or focus on the discomfort. Each class is different and every instructor is different! No other workout has changed my core like Lagree, and since it is low-impact, I know I will be able to do it for years to come. FORM feels like a family, and the space is intimate and beautiful; I always feel lighter and brighter walking out of the studio.

I started Lagree a few years ago after I was looking to switch up my typical HIIT workout routines. I immediately fell in love with this high-intensity but low-impact workout, the focus it takes, and of course the incredible results! I wanted to start teaching because I love the workout, and I always feel so great after accomplishing another class, and I wanted to share that feeling with others. I moved cross country to Charleston at the beginning of 2023, quickly found FORM, and have been obsessed ever since!

I got into Lagree six years ago while visiting a studio in NYC. I think that the Lagree method is an amazing workout on its own, but it is a Huge compliment to any heavy-weight training. The toning effect is incredible - you hit core muscles that you didn't even know existed. Form is a Gorgeous studio that is filled with incredible people. There's no way you walk out of that place not impacted by the community that exists within the walls.
